Katie Richardson, MD
Known by her patients as Dr. Katie, is a Board-Certified Pediatrician, consultant, and experienced healthcare leader. Dr. Katie moved to Colorado from Iowa just prior to 9th grade and graduated from Highlands Ranch High School in 1991 where she became friends with Jason and Sheri Kaiser. She received the prestigious Boettcher Scholarship and attended Colorado College for undergrad followed by medical school at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Katie completed her residency training at Children’s Hospital of Colorado and spent the majority of her career providing pediatric care on behalf of Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO). In addition to caring for patients, she held several leadership positions including Primary Care Operations Chief, Director of Physician Experience, and Director of Philanthropy for the medical group. She now has a concierge pediatric telehealth practice, a mental health startup, and is excited to be seeing patients at Fusion Skin Rehab. Dr. Katie enjoys partnering with patients on their health and overall well-being and has a passion for prevention, mental health and healthy eating/active living. When Dr. Katie is not working, she volunteers her time with two local non-profits and enjoys playing golf, walking her dog, Teddy, and visiting her daughter at Auburn University (she is studying to be a Pilot).
Sheri Kaiser, RN, BSN
Sheri and Dr. Katie met in 1989 when Sheri moved to Highlands Ranch from Brunswick, Ohio. They were Cheerleaders together at Highlands Ranch High School and in the 1st 4 classes to graduate from the school. After High School, both Sheri and Dr. Katie pursued their educations and careers in the medical field with a focus on children. Sheri (University of Miami) as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at both Children’s Hospital and Littleton Hospital and Dr. Katie (University of Colorado) in Private Practice and at Kaiser Permanente as a Pediatrician at the Highlands Ranch location. They decided to join forces and serve the community they love so much. Sheri also owns Casa Bianca Bridal Boutique in Historic Downtown Littleton, where she loves working with women of all ages and helping them make their wedding dreams a reality. Fusion Skin Rehab is an extension of her love working with women and helping them to feel their absolute best, whether as a new mom with a baby in the NICU, a bride trying to make her dreams a reality, or a woman wanting to feel beautiful and confident in who they are! Sheri loves to spend her free time with her husband, Dr. Jason Kaiser, Owner and Chiropractor of Fusion Sport Rehab (and her High School Sweetheart) and her 4 children: Lauren (24) - a Financial Analyst for a start up in Utah, Brett (22) a Senior pre-Med student at Florida Gulf Coast University, Keri (20) our Receptionist and Office Manager, and Josie (12) a 6th grader at World Compass Academy. She also loves to spend time with her dear friends golfing, traveling and supporting other women in business!
Gina Murphy, CLS
Gina Murphy, a Colorado native with a love for golfing, traveling, and gardening, has two children: Meagan, 32, a pharmacist at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction and Trey, 27, who is in law school at South Texas. She first connected with Sheri Kaiser, Owner of Fusion Skin Rehab, at Pinnacol Assurance almost 20 years ago, where they bonded over their share passion for leadership and self-improvement. Sheri’s dedication to helping people feel their best and Gina’s enthusiasm for laser technology is the perfect synergy. Gina honed her skills as a technician at Rocky Mountain Laser College and they subsequently decide to join forces to continue their passion for people and their care at Fusion Skin Rehab.
